High Season runs from 15 June to 15 September, when the swimming pool and gardens are open and available for use. High-season rates apply during this period.

Longer-stay savings

Longer stays automatically reduce the effective nightly cost:

  • 14–20 nights: 5% discount

  • 21–27 nights: 10% discount

  • 28+ nights: 15% discount (best in low and mid season)

Fees and deposit

  • Cleaning fee: €140 per stay

  • Refundable security deposit: €300

  • Utilities: included under fair usage
